Jennifer is a remarkable woman who has overcome Celiac Disease, which has helped her to change her eating habits and learn to eat healthily. Because of her circumstance, in exchange it has helped her to educate other women who are battling the same. Jennifer is 49 years old and the Co-Owner of Champion Skate aka Champion Roller Rink and lives in Champion, Ohio. She is married with two grown and two high school children. She is proud to say that she has homeschooled her children. She is passionate about God, her family, making a difference and encouraging others. Jennifer has accumulated experience in the areas of coaching, leadership development, business etiquette, and empowerment.
Jennifer’s personal goal is to become a Gluten Free Restauranteur and write a Gluten-Free Cookbook by 2021. Jennifer is the process of creating her team to start a video blog by 2021 on how to educate others to eat healthily and the obstacles that one could face for those who suffer from Celiac and Gluten barriers. Her plan is to be able to travel nationally to educate others about Gluten related issues and Celiac Disease and how to live a healthy lifestyle.
