Barb Darbey considers it an honor to be chosen as Director of Operations. It hasn't been long since the Lord revealed to Barb her life purpose: to help others reach their goals - to coach them in life and to coach them in business.
Barb is happily married, the mother of four sons, and has 10 grandchildren, with number 11 a "bun in the oven".
Barb has worked in retail for 20 years, with over 10 years in management. She is currently working as a book keeper with additional duties of web design, copywriting, and marketing.
Barb is the Founder and past President of Shelter Puppies, Inc a 501(c)3 non-profit that rescues puppies, usually up to 12 weeks in age, and provides vet care, spay or neuter, and obedience training before adopting puppies out to their forever home.
She is looking forward to returning to school to obtain a degree in Small Business Management so she can help women set up and run their own businesses.
Barb is the Business Coach for Motivation For You and Integrity Beauty and has been for over two years. Barb enjoys the concept of helping women to walk from Confidence to Significance and to Heal their Heart and Inspire another person’s life. Barb has been dedicated to the mission of helping women become leaders and learning to lead where they currently are in life.
"I am truly in awe of the way God works! He has brought this organization of earth angels into my life when I need them most. I am convinced that it is HIS DIVINE PLAN that our paths have crossed at this very point in time. Angela Berrelli Howell, Sonja Elise Freeman and Roberta Michelle Cykon are the essence of Integrity Beauty Women of Excellence. Angela and Sonja have encouraged me and Roberta has given me the opportunity to continue my pageant platform work of advocating for Lupus awareness through IBWOE. For this, I am eternally grateful and blessed. It is an honor and privilege to join with Roberta and all of the awe inspiring women of IBWOE in keeping the legacy and dream of Helen L. Albert alive by being living examples of God's love and light to others. We are all worthy and have something to offer. No matter who we are, where we come from or what our circumstance may be, we can always inspire and uplift one another through our actions and words of encouragement."
